We have been invited to develop a master plan and design for cottages in the secluded Kazakh area of Ulytau, located in the steppe in the heart of the country. This place, devoid of infrastructure, is like a true oasis of tranquility and natural beauty. We have developed several options, including modern, low-profile styles that blend harmoniously with the landscape of the surrounding steppes, creating harmony with the environment. Each cottage, with an area of about 180 square meters, is divided into public and private areas, organized for maximum comfort on one level. There is an observation deck on the roof. On the territory, there are a pool, garden, and sauna for relaxation and rest. The remaining land will be left practically untouched to preserve harmony with the natural environment and strengthen the connection with it.
